As recently as a week ago, DC didn't know which agency was responsible for clearing bridges. Seems that's cleared up and the Taylor St NE "bridge" has been cleared. HOWEVER, they stopped the moment the bridge touches land again and left the sidewalk leading to the bridge completely untouched.
