On Thurs 11/6/25 4:17 pm (MCP3337004F) the driver (53/F) of a 2023 Toyota RAV4 going west on Arcola Ave at Hermitage Ave (near the library) hit & injured a pedestrian (51/F) crossing properly in a marked crosswalk. Driver at fault: disregarded traffic signal, failed to yield ROW, negligent driving.
