Perfectly sums up Trump regime: U.S. Coast Guard will no longer classify swastikas, nooses as hate symbols. Instead the Coast Guard will classify the Nazi-era insignia as “potentially divisive” under its new guidelines.

Worth reiterating that the Coast Guard is part of DHS, not the military. So if this is "acceptable" Coast Guard policy, it's also probably an acceptable policy at ICE, CBP, Secret Service, and other agencies under DHS if it's not already.
