Recall that āyouāre not allowedā doesnāt mean you will be jailed or sued or prohibited; it means that other people will exercise their First Amendment rights in response to yours, to express their views and defend their neighbors. But that violates Free Speech Culture.

It's easy to shrug off the idiots claiming that the incredibly accomplished politician Spencer Pratt was cheated out of a rightful win in Los Angeles. But they're going to make these same claims in November, so we need to carpet bomb this conspiracy out of existence right now.

A day after The Late Show ended, Colbert hosted an episode of public access program Only In Monroe, reviving his 11-year-old gag. How bad is CBS/Paramount taking it? They issued copyright complaints for a show they don't own. 𤣠CBS would hate it if you watch here:

the Colbert cancellation is a labor issue, to my mind. Colbertās show employed hundreds of union employees working nightly. Byron Allenās non-union show costs CBS nothing (literal zero), and costs Allen very little as well since comics provide their own material for a nominal fee and exposure
