I was just talking to a friend today about Dolly Parton's Imagination Library - new books every month, totally for free, for kids ages 1-5. My son was part of the program - this is a copy of the letter that came with his last book, right after his 5th birthday.

One thing that's fascinated me since I've had the camera up is the way the birds approach the feeder at speed. They flap up, then almost throw themselves in a parabolic arc before a quick flap to brake. They look like little fluffy missiles.
