I've been liking this final season of Stranger Things, but not *loving* it. Feels kinda perfunctory. Though there were some really great character moments in episodes 6 & 7 that made me feel that it's on an upswing as it rolls into the finale.

I'm already seeing this in my work. I've been working on new SOPs that, w/AI tools, can boost our team's efficiency by 2X - 3X. Lots of that will manifest as less interaction w/customers. So... More work can be done by fewer folks (no layoffs, just slower hiring) & less time talking w/clients.
