It took us over a year to get this thing out through a peer review process because actual review takes time. Actual, non-bribed, non compromised review goes through iterations, and anything that went through "peer review" in a suspiciously short time is suspect. Anywho, the Cass Review is busted.

It got identified as the next wedge issue after gay marriage and the American right started covertly funneling money to the tiny minority of UK bigots in order to help mainstream their position. They picked up some famous converts and now they're reaping the rewards. It's entirely manufactured.
