1/ On a positive personal note, just over a year in and I’m still smoke free!!! I am also 4st 7lbs lighter, 11.5 inches off my waist and I am eating healthy and exercising at least 3 times a week. After many many years of being overweight and severely unfit I have got a handle on my health.
