Slept for twelve hours. I’m not sure it was enough.

Stopped at USA Parkway briefly. I scratched earlier plan to go grocery shopping. Not only am I very tired, but my hips are killing me from walking a mile in those boots from the light rail station last night.

Bag claimed. Let’s go home.

The in-flight wi-fi didn’t work, but the flight time was only 40 minutes.

Landed at RNO. Short and smooth flight.

A lot simpler makeup look this morning for the flight home. Not that I would have had time to do anything more elaborate than eyeshadow and lipstick this morning anyway. Security check once I reached the head of the queue took about 30 seconds. No pat-down because they only had a magnetometer.

The inbound equipment for my flight to RNO arrived just as I walked up to the gate. Interestingly, the flight is listed as continuing on to Las Vegas. Not that I’m there, of course.

They have found a way to my heart (and stomach). And right across from my departure gate, too!

Total time from dropping bags to exiting Security about 45 minutes. I left my tote bag at the start of the X-ray machine, but fortunately they got it for me.

There turns out to be an extra set of snaking queue I couldn’t see earlier, but it could be worse.

I got less than four hours sleep last night. Dropped my bag at SJC 2 hours before scheduled boarding for my 8:25 flight to RNO. Unlike RNO, there’s a queue. This is the ground floor queue. From here they meter people upstairs to the main queue.

Last night, I learned the hard way that the last northbound light rail train that could get me back to my hotel leaves downtown San Jose at least an hour earlier than I remembered from previous trips.

I saw on FB some Trumpster claiming that everyone at the Reno protest was a paid protester bussed in from California. This sounds to me like someone who never do anything if they weren’t being paid to do so, so they can’t comprehend anyone else doing something without Getting paid.

I did not have enough time for a nap, but I showered and did a reset after my nice seafood dinner before getting dressed to go to the theatre for the premiere of _The Bardy Bunch_ at 3Below.

Back at the hotel. Air conditioning. Fish!

#NoKings was a great event. There was a march as well as the thousands of people gathering in St James Park. Here are a few photos. I forgot to get someone take a photo of me!

Well, that was a great event and I enjoyed seeing so many people protesting The Regime, but now I am getting some fish and chips and heading back to my hotel to eat for a few hours before the play at 3Below tonight.

And here we are, before 8 PM even. I’ve been awake since 1:30 AM, so I’m glad I don’t have to be up early on Saturday. Sunday will be a different story as my flight leaves at 8:25 AM, but I’ll worry about that later.

While waiting to board my flight to San Jose, a man complimented me about this blouse. Makes a girl happy.

My grandfather (Army, Pacific) and his brother (Navy, Atlantic, on board USS Nevada at Normandy) were part of that movement.

Well how about that: Southwest gives free wi-fi to members of their frequent flier program. Glad I signed up for it. And transferred The Former Tenant’s point to it. He doesn’t need them anymore.

Yeow! I was working out how to get the airport shuttle to my hotel when I discovered that I’d booked the room for the wrong dates! The front desk there said that because I am Platinum elite member, they could change it for arrival tonight for 2 nights. QQ instead of a king bed, but what a relief!
