Why is Unicode so inconsistent with digit ranges?
0 to 9.
Fine.
ā to ā
Ok, special codepoints for ordinals, sure.
āŖ to ćæ
Enclosed numerals. Fine. Whatever.
But then we have āæ to ā“?
And a *separate* ā to ā and ā to ā, without 0?
And āµ to ā¾ to boot?
And on top of that, ā“ to ā?? Parentheticals?
