reading this thread, I've realized how much NE Ohio is a crossroads between other regional cuisines. I grew up with pepperoni rolls (W. Va.), Polish Boys (Cleveland), Buffalo Wings and Weck (Buffalo; BW3 founded in Kent, OH), sauerkraut balls (Ind.), Coney Dogs (Mich.) and chili on pasta (SE OH).
