For months, ICE has been running around Minnesota with no accountability. The community has responded, like this volunteer street medic who was out the day Alex Pretti was killed. ICE presence may have slowed some, but Minnesotans are still looking for justice.

As one of @ilhanmn.bsky.social's guest for the State of the Union, Mary Granlund had a front row seat as our congresswoman spoke for all of us and pushed back against Trump's lies.

Aliya Rahman was assaulted by DHS agents last month. A guest of @ilhanmn.bsky.social at Tuesday’s State of the Union, she was removed and arrested for standing up. Not just for herself - but for everyone in Minnesota. Yesterday, she shared her story with @democracynow.org.

This is about political retribution. Trump is weaponizing the federal government to punish states like Minnesota that didn’t vote for him — ripping away funds from pregnant women, seniors, and people with disabilities. You don’t fight “fraud” by hurting the most vulnerable.
