Minnesotans deserve the truth. Release the evidence.

Minnesotans have always fought to keep our communities safe. Not just from harm, but from injustice. And right now, that means standing up for our neighbors, our rights, and the basic idea that no one is above the law. We don’t have Kings. We have community.

I stopped by 11 organizing conventions this weekend, and the energy and enthusiasm have been incredible. I’m so proud of what we’ve accomplished together, and I’m ready to continue the fight to ensure every Minnesotan can live with dignity, safety, and respect.

We all love live music. But tickets shouldn’t mean fighting scalpers and paying hundreds. Live Nation and Ticketmaster control ticketing, venues, and promotion—driving up prices and limiting choice. I’m continuing the fight to break up their monopoly and make live music affordable.

Safe, effective vaccines save lives. I stood up to the vaping industry and social media companies when they targeted our children, and I will do everything in my power to protect the health and well-being of all Minnesotans, especially our children.

Ghost guns evade background checks, make it easier to traffic firearms, and make it harder for law enforcement to investigate gun crimes. The status quo is totally unacceptable, so I am teaming up with Sen. Latz and Rep. Pinto to confront this problem and keep Minnesotans safe.

Minnesota's nurses are there for us at the hardest moments in our lives, caring for our families, advocating for patients, and holding our healthcare system together. I’m honored to have the endorsement of the Minnesota Nurses Association and proud to be in the fight for them.

Today, I once again asked the MN legislature to support my bipartisan bill to fight Medicaid fraud. We convicted 300+ people for Med Fraud since I’ve been AG but the law hasn’t kept up with the need. We need stronger tools to investigate and prosecute and protect public dollars.

This morning I was in front of Minnesota’s legislature to advocate for the MAP Act 2.0.  Minnesota has to be ready to meet this moment. Fraud referrals are rising, and we need stronger tools to investigate and prosecute Medicaid fraud.

Minnesotans should be able to afford their lives. That means cracking down on corporate abuse, protecting consumers, and making sure the rules apply to everyone, not just working families. As Attorney General, that’s the work I show up to do every day.
