In addition to all my other shoulder woes I also apparently have stage 4 (level 4?) arthritis. No cartilage left. The more I read the more I’m worried they won’t fix the other stuff since I’m just going to have to have a total shoulder replacement eventually. I’m pretty bummed out, to be honest.

Had an MRI on my ouchy shoulder today, and since I was at it got an ankle MRI too. Torn Labrum, torn biceps tendon, torn peroneal tendon (in 2 spots!) tendinitis in like 5 separate tendons, and tenosynovitis in both shoulder and ankle. My connective tissue sucks. I suspect I’ll be having surgery.

I’m having an MRI tomorrow and have to remove my piercings, and, yo, it’s ouchy! I got my belly button ring out, but my closed loop earrings are tough!

In the off chance that anyone actually sees my posts: tell me about referred pain. I messed up my left arm in February. It got slightly better with gentle movement and rest from Aikido. In May I attended an Aikido seminar and it got much worse. X-rays fine, PT ordered.

My daughter & daughter in law recently moved into a rental duplex at the end of our block and it is 100% as awesome as I thought it would be! We bought a teeny tiny van last October. It has the cheapest possible stick on solar panel and a $200.00 house battery. That effortlessly runs a refrigerator drawer, lights, and even an inverter to charge electronics. People. I can power life for weeks by driving around and parking in the sun.
