Yes, the Supreme Court has failed to protect us from Trump. But itās worse than that: The Supreme Court is imposing its own fascism. It invented presidential immunity. It has gutted the Voting Rights Act, passed by a bipartisan Congress. Itās as bad as Trump, and moving in the same direction.
