Reading this from Roch's blog today was really frustrating. Not mad at Roch, he's great. But the idea that Mike Elias *isn't* on the hot seat is infuriating as a fan. He's done a bad job these past 2 off-seasons. And should be held accountable. The #Orioles won't get better till he's gone.

As an #Orioles fan I'm starting to come around to the idea of inviting Buck Showalter back to the organization as the new POBO.

Oriole fans (like myself) are really going through it at this point. It's safe to say that the ownership group needs to make some big changes to how they've been operating to fix this.
