🎯 Can we predict or induce a desired Androgen Receptor (AR) conformation? What form interacts with coregulators & chromatin in physiological conditions but is altered under pathology? Is AR oligomerization different in prostate cancer, androgen insensitivity or spinal bulbar muscular atrophy? 🧩
