I listened to The Daily podcast yesterday about marriage/sex & GLP1s. The story blamed a couple’s marital issues on the wife’s weight loss & her new found confidence. It has been 60 years since Minnesota experienced as little crime as it did in 2024. For the vast majority of people alive in Minnesota last year was the safest of their lives. Keep this in mind when politicians in upcoming elections attempt to use fear to get you to vote for them!

I have been very cleaning up my home office. Last night I emptied a box full of pillows & blankets next to my desk that the cat plays in. I found kitty treasures like paper clips, twist ties, & hair ties. This morning she is thrown off and crawling all over my desk because something is different!

Many years ago I was complaining to my sister about shoveling, she had a new BF at the time and said, “don’t worry Betsy someday you’ll meet a man.” Well, I’ve finally met him. He doesn’t do the shoveling, but he parallel plays with me while I’m shoveling and doesn’t get too cold.

No one in the world trusts me less than my 12 yr old beagle when I take his food bowl to feed him. Which is legit, I go off on side quests frequently.
