i spent like 3 hours doing BUBBLE from the amazing digital circus on tomodachi life... why it took that long to make a character that is just a circle? well, that's a great question!! tomodachi doesn't have a gradient tool, so I had to adjUST EVERY FUCKING PIXEL TO MAKE IT!!!

I designed the first Moon Child character in late 1991. It was an elf-like character. The sprite looked better on blurry CRT screens back then. 😅 When we started MC Amiga development, we wanted Sonic-like speed, and I streamlined MC for that. The elf makes a cameo appearance in the Windows version.

I proposed to our coder, Reinier van Vliet, to release Moon Child's source files, and he agreed, so I'll post an update about this soon! 🙂👍
