Pregnant people have almost no options for pain relief. Ibuprofen, and other NSAIDs are off-limits, so is aspirin. Tylenol is it, for all the headaches, backaches, and joint pain that come along with almost all pregnancies. This isn't about autism, this is about making pregnant people suffer.

Boundaries are REALLY important here, even in hobby spaces there can be pressure to one-up, or contribute, or other things that get you stressed out while doing your hobby. DO NOT ALLOW THIS. Your hobby may be hard/frustrating when trying something new, but it shouldn't be a stress or performance.

Have a hobby that is just yours, you NEVER take money for it, or try to otherwise monetize it through social media, etc. If it involve producing a product, you don't take commissions, only give gifts. Having an outlet like this is a getaway; it'll help your mental health, imagination & creativity.

Much of my first thoughts when it comes to "over 30" life advice or complaints quickly reduce down to: resist total capitalism, neoliberalism, & surveillance state, & that's really no fun for a post, even if it's at the heart of advice like "post less" "clothes suck now" "don't monetize everything."

If you can't see your friends, talk to them on the phone. not zoom, not facetime, not text, phone. There is an intimacy & ease there, once you get used to it, that is unlike video (exhausting) or text (lacking nuance). And you will feel like you're from the 80s with a cord wrapped around you :)
