Just off a call w Jeffrey Tumlin, who was the Director of Transportation of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency 2019-2024... when robotaxis came to town. He says Oregon is at risk of copying CA's failure by letting Waymo come in w/o local regulations. HB 4085 is really bad folks!!
