One part of the transportation bill to not overlook is "Safe Integration of Autonomous Commercial Motor Vehicles" (ACMV) It would require a "Safety Case" where manufacturers provide "claims, supported by arguments and evidence" that ACMV are as safe or safer than human-driven vehicles
