Viewing a few of his 'debate' clips, a common tactic of his was to spew out data points, usually numerical ones, which can't be factchecked within the debate, flummox the opposition, usually pass unchallenged, and if you check them later, are wrong and/or misleading. Kirk was a liar and a bully.
