Wild moment I just had contacting Hyatt customer care. The IVR menu was confusing to navigate, insisted I use text based virtual agent, then connected me to an AI phone agent, who I told I wanted to speak with a human , only to connect me to ANOTHER AI agent that was slightly more human.

I was told to make a video to play at LVFC's closing with creative freedom so I used my free will accordingly

LVFC was the most -myself- that I’ve felt in a good while. Incredible convention and I’m super appreciative of the friends and volunteers that helped to make that happen 💙 I was deliberately lowkey about attending; utterly burned out with life but feel bad about not saying more sooner.

Please remember that the people in your phone screen are real, and manage their expectations according to the effort you are willing to put in. If what you give them in messages is STRONG ENTHUSIASM, that does not set the expectation that you will be too busy or disinterested to actively seek them.
