Say it louder. Lower federal courts have done what they can despite their limited review when it comes immigration law. Then SCOTUS steps in. (SCOTUS sanctioned deporting people to 3rd countries where they can be arbitrarily detained on U.S. dime and deported to torture in their home countries. )
