Agree with this. In the short-term, if Democrats regain power in Congress they need to hold hearings into Thomas and Alito's corruption. The fact that they both took bribes from billionaires should have been a moment to call for their resignations, but that just seems to have flitted away.

Anyone not running on reforming the Supreme Court cant be the leader of anything moving forward. It's an unhinged gang of extremists unrestrained by anything or anyone.

The Supreme Court ALSO gives Trump another pass on racism, declaring that his horrific and bigoted comments against Haitians are actually not evidence of racism and that the plaintiffs cannot show evidence of racial bias, essentially plugging their ears and letting Trump spew filth as policy.

Today's SCOTUS decision means that the Trump administration may prematurely terminate TPS for Haiti, Syria, and any other country it wishes, without bothering to offer any legitimate justification or following the procedures required by Congress, because courts cannot review the decision.
