Really fun night at The Boileroom in Guildford last night. Some brilliant acts on and it's been a dream of Larley's to perform there, having first been to a gig about 20 years ago. Next up is an acoustic set supporting Tyla Dyne at Solar Sisters Cafe in Guildford on Saturday (6th) at 7pm.

One of my brothers was in the music business, writing and producing, and when new technology turned every laptop into a recording studio he worried that everyone could now do what he was doing. A few new people did, but not many. Turned out you needed talent, not technology.

I've been spending a stupid amount on new vinyl lately. But the world sucks and it really gives me a lot of joy to open a new record and have my first listen be on the phono. I can stream it 100 times after that. But the first listen is the one.
