Folks in cities that are afraid of being next are begging for resources but the major message is that the resources kind of have to be made from scratch to fit your city. They've got ideas of needs that need to be met, but the methods really vary (and, frankly, opsec is CRITICAL).

It's an occupation, because there's been a civil war alongside an ongoing battle over dominion of most of that territory for a couple hundred years, and right now Minnesota is the front line battleground. An occupation of a diverse city by people who believe the continent belongs to white people.
