5/5 I can see how some people might not like this one, but it's right up my alley with everything I tend to read so I had a great time with it 😅 I will say, it's the first one that I wasn't craving more of the store though unlike the other 3 I've read.

While I did finish this, I don't feel comfortable with rating this one because I feel like a book published in 2015 can find a way to keep the language historically accurate without using some of the wording it did to describe a butler.

Read the banned books. But also read the ones that could be banned. Ones from trans authors, Palestinian authors, and indigenous authors. Read the ones about black happiness and sapphic history. Read the ones from climate scientists and critical comedians. Read the romances and the horror novels.

4/5 stars. It's exactly as advertised. A quick, cozy and spicy read. It's set up to follow a whole series of friends in a book club. It's cute and had a little bit of plot outside of the omegaverse instincts taking over their brains. The boyfriends are not boyfriends in this one ☹️

As a former Christian, there's a lot of reasons I'm bummed for modern Christian youth, but a minor one is that their music isn't nearly as good. Cuz the millennial Christian pop punk scene was IT. Praise and worship music might've sounded creepy, but at least we had Relient K.
