I’m not sure whether or not the VA supreme court’s power to declare laws unconstitutional is explicitly enumerated the way the SCOTUS’ is NOT, but if it isn’t they should pass said law and explicitly state that it is not subject to judicial review. If it’s not written down, it doesn’t exist.
