We're going to a walking subcaucus to select state delegates. the viability number is currently: 641(delegates)/29(slots to fill)=23 Subcaucuses with 23 or more will get at least 1 delegate.

MN61 dfl convention over 100 people raised hands for 29 delegate spots at state convention. Now discussing breaking into walking subcaucuses which are arbitrary groups in the large room of around maybe 800 people left, requiring minimum 23 people per caucus to get a delegate.
