There is a rumor that the MN legislative deal involves significant cuts to LGA (local government aid). That is untrue. This line item is essentially the tax bill involving federal conformity and temporary corporate tax credit trades we had to make with the GOP to get the deal done.

An emotionally challenging & also proud moment: The MN House unanimously voted to rename MN's community solar garden (CSG) program after Speaker Emerita Hortman. She authored the 2013 CSG bill, which caused solar to grow from 1 MW to over 3 GW today. Just one example of the good she did for MN.💔
