the basic instant runoff game is this: if you think you know the top 3 candidates, you should definitely rank your two favorites (from those 3) on your ballot. we can predict somewhat confidently that Frey, Fateh, Davis will be the top 3. rank at least two of them or your vote may be exhausted.
