They don't have capacity to terrorize more than 2-3 cities at a time. Which means they rotate teams to new cities without relief. Which means consistent resistance by fresh activists in each new city will break them over time. Which means if you're city's not occupied, rest up and get ready.

Do not doubt that we are winning. Their inability to grow their ranks, to rally public support is why we win. That they are 20,000 strong and that shootings and deaths are not a daily affair is a testament to the lives we've saved, the deaths we've prevented. Good was a part of that herself.

There is an emerging community led convening occurring outside of City Hall beginning at 6pm. Some councilors will speak starting around 6:30pm. There is no place in this city for ICE.

Council is deadlocked because of politics. One group — the Progressive Caucus — is very open & straightforward about their priorities and plans, tho they get accused of being secretive. The other — the PBA Caucus — tries to invisibilize their motivations & present politics as about individuals.

You do not defeat reactionaries that are ready to kill whoever they please and unseat a despot by playing fair. You can prove they lied infinite times and expose their corruption as much as you like, but they'll keep at it with the *power* they hold through *force*.

I have seen countless cases of improper less-lethal use and this might, honestly, be the worst I have ever seen in my career and I find it incredible how this brave man was able to just walk away afterward.
