Just to be clear, #SCOTUS has done nothing to indicate any interest in this case besides calling for a response—something that a *single* justice can request, and that is *not* remotely predictive of a cert. grant. Everything else is standard practice for *all* cases filed in the Supreme Court.

There’s enough bad shit going on that we don’t need this kind of outrage farming. The petition is scheduled for a conference, that’s what happens with every cert petition. If the court decides to take the case, then it’s time to be concerned. As is, all that’s happened is it was filed properly.
