I have been laughed at, spat at for wearing an ffp2 respirator. There have even been tv dramas portraying us as anxious. I have known vulnerable parents who have even gone to court over Covid is airborne. Yet when the Covid inquiry finds us correct, the media stays quiet.

The best thing you can do to be an ally on Covid is wear a respirator mask in public spaces, particularly indoors. The second best thing you can do is put on a mask if you see someone masking. Donāt wait for them to ask, just put it on. This will go a long way to diminishing stigma and save lives.
