Honestly this is a great point to highlight. The signatory representatives have a direct line of communication with SSC. While we don't get case details to protect victims, we do use that line to ask questions to SSC. Typically if something seems wrong, your TOs are speaking with SSC about it. (1/3)

scep took up the mantle of being a public figure taking action to make the community safer. and you know what happened to them? they got doxxed. they get attacked for any mistake. it’s a proven fact that we can’t keep functioning without splat safety. it’s not sustainable. it’s hurting good people.

That event made me lose a large amount of my drive and interest in this community. The damage caused both directly to those attacked and indirectly to others was massive. You just didn't hear about it because everyone was keeping quiet to try and protect themselves. I know I'm far from the only one.

The Flying Stingray (top right in the preview) got featured by the developers! I'm very happy with this ship, its not boxy like most of my colonies. I should 100% try some more unique designs in the future for colonies and ships.

There is a narrative that Low Ink teams won't play in tourneys above Low Ink. Out of the teams that signed up in Oct, I checked to see how many played at least 1 open event the past 2 months. 55 did 34 didn't Of the 11 alpha teams from Sept that signed up for Oct: 9 did 2 didn't (More below)

I know for a fact a number of TOs are very mad, frustrated, and discouraged right now. Some have told me they don't think the community cares. This worries me. But I know that twitter isn't representative of who we are. Do me a favor, and thank your TOs after playing in an event. #compsplatoon

I honestly should start using this site more. I don't really have much to say or do too often, but I will ask if anyone has advice for getting a good and interesting splatoon feed going.

Things are looking up right now, hopefully they stay that way and we can get things moving sooner rather than later to preserve the comp community.
