Saying the same thing to my clients. All of us who provide gender-affirming care need to follow suit. If enough of us do this, and if others stand with us, we can, at the very least, make it much more difficult for them to strip our care. All the providers I know are holding the line right now.

To be clear: No one should comply in advance with these wild, vague, lawless threats. That would be a craven sacrifice of patients. But that is precisely what they’re designed to cause, and they require a correspondingly bold and comprehensive defense of the people who are the real targets.
