And this is why the constant capitulation by moderate Democrats is so infuriating. The actual American voting majority favor 'left-leaning' policies. (Which compared to Europe are still quite moderate)

And the way you do that is beating them, which is why the anti-Harris absenteism was so self-destructive: we'll have a decade or more of a desperate fight against fascism because MAGA won *two* 'miracle' victories instead of a single fluke. And yet, that is our road, because there is no other.
