I interviewed a former cop years ago. He said, 10% of them are exactly who you want to show up if you’re in need. 80% are gliding, eating doughnuts and sleeping in their cars. And 10% are thugs and psychopaths who would otherwise be criminals and should never be allowed a gun or badge.

It's a misdemeanor. Like a traffic ticket. Not a felony. The felony involves making arrests without an arrest warrant. I think it's called kidnapping.

Alberta has already banned some types of healthcare despite all evidence against that ban. That is politicians practicing medicine. They are unqualified to do so.

It needs to remain as healthcare and not something that can be manipulated by politicians.

Reproductive rights groups do NOT want the Quebec government to enshrine abortion rights in the province's proposed constitution. First, it's not really a constitution - it's a regular law that can be amended. And that would turn it into an anti-choice weapon to restrict abortion.

As a matter of obvious public safety random goons, clearly untrained, pointing weapons of war at law-abiding civilians, while not identifying themselves in any way, and in fact hiding their identities with masks, fake license plates and fraudulent badges and uniform insignia, it is just _wrong_.
