I.. I think. I think Sun Titan is just better than Seminar, at least in 9.5/10 situations and decks that I'd want to cast either of them. I believe that Sun Titan simply remains the undefeated GOAT in this category of effect.

This might be deceptively one of the best cards in the set. Putting a counter on this and gaining two life a turn to trigger sign and blood and keep yourself fueled is going to be easier then it looks and being able to cast same turn it’s prepared is awesome for it. Also this is legal with it.
