My friend is nonbinary and had to get a breast reduction because their GP was worried about their spine, and now they have to get a hysterectomy because they've got endometriosis, and I can't believe a person can be so biologically transgender that the NHS accidentally insists on transitioning them.

I have such fond memories of that area... some have become family legend. So sad that it is in such trouble.

It is impossible to ‘pour from an empty cup,’ but our society seems to have forgotten (or been discouraged from learning) this lesson. Neurodivergent People, in particular, too often bear the brunt of these demanding systems (that haven’t been designed without our needs taken into consideration).

Got to the point where I am having to accept that this will be one of my worst nights for getting any sleep.
