Youngest's tics have increased dramatically, my anxiety has shot up... I think we need half term.

Teen is funding the rapid approach to the end of y11 and school fine... I am finding it much harder. I imagine any mother might but adding being nd brings challenges. My anxiety is up, mood is down. But we will survive.

Thank you to everyone who gave suggestions for anorthern England holiday. We ha e booked a week in Northumberland to include a daytrip to Scotland!

A different perspective...

Took boys to the fair today. Unusually bumped into people who wanted to talk to me rather than my husband - he is much more sociable and so people like/prefer talking to him.

Each day with an example I am sending teen a good luck meme based on something he especially likes... so far we have had Liam Neeson, Han Solo, Captain America and Catniss Everdene. Can I manage it for everyone one of his very many exams?

First signs of stress from teen this morning as he set off for the first of this week's 4 written gcse exams. 😦

EDF gives free electricity on Sunday from 8-12 if you use less peak energy. Have hoovered, done washing, dishwasher. Still got an hour left. Any ideas except ironing. Life is too short to do ironing.

Youngest says a particular word a lot, sometimes in answer to questions but not always. It's not a tic so I am thinking echolalia.
