When someone holds a boundary, how does it make you feel?

Sometimes things just don't work as you thought they would and you have to unravel it and start again. Staff wellbeing can be just like that. When something doesn't work, don't give up. Unravel it and start again. It's frustrating, but worth it.

Managed to travel round the whole of the M25 today. Went the bottom way round to Reading this morning to take my daughter (at uni there) to IKEA (2.5hrs) then it was shut on the way home this afternoon so I went the top way home, (3hrs). I've got a very numb bum!
