Don't call it a relaunch. ZeroPoint helps you create "marketing" style websites without a monolithic (and increasingly corporate) CMS like WordPress. Focused on DX, version control, and native web technology, you get: an

base, a CMS, and a new "blocks" system. Check it

A great reason to use a static site like

is ownership. Eleventy is pretty basic; it turns templates into HTML; YOU and your team bring the standards, frameworks, and designs that make YOUR sites valuable. Fork

and rebrand it your own. Take the focus away from

If you can substitute "hungry ghost trapped in a jar" for "AI" in a sentence it's probably a valid use case for LLMs. Take "I have a bunch of hungry ghosts in jars, they mainly write SQL queries for me". Sure. Reasonable use case. "My girlfriend is a hungry ghost I trapped in a jar"? No. Deranged.

Another great reason to use a static site like 11ty is complexity: CMSes like

require a server & database and whole development languages to compile and serve the code you already wrote for each visitor ZeroPoint (built on

You notice how thousands and thousands of cops aren't coming out to condemn Jonathan Ross for senselessly killing Renee Good? This is what people mean by "all cops are bastards". If this were any other profession, the entire group would condemn it. With cops it's the reverse, they all justify it.

One of the best reasons to use a static site like
@11ty.dev
is cost:
#WordPress
and other monolithic CMSes require an always-on server, database, and always-changing software to run it. ZeroPoint (which uses 11ty) only uses a server when you publish a change, and it uses GitHub Actions for free.
