The current situation at the University of Dundee is that we are not getting our annual pay increase and that promotion processes are paused. At the same time the uni is refusing to rule out compulsory redundancies, it is advertising over 20 new senior management jobs for academic staff.

This student loan system is shackling those without rich parents who can just pay off the fees with a lifetime of debt-that-doesn't-go-down. And the #UKHE sector is built on that system which isn't just unequal but aggravates the inequality. Time for a reset.
