Another highlight of this last week of strikes was the History team subject showcase, followed by Claire Jenkins talking about resistance and protest in film 📽️

What a way to end our fifth strike week of the academic year! Back to the office on Monday but the fight goes on to stop subject closures and job cuts.

Dozens of staff stood up and displayed these signs at the beginning of today’s address by the VC to demonstrate their lack of confidence in him and his ability to impose such devastating staff cuts across the university.

We remind all members that we want to have a large show of solidarity - as large as possible - for our colleagues across the city. Please join us next Wednesday!
