I'm generally a very healthy person and always have been. Despite broken bones from sports, I've always healed up well. But COVID messed me up badly. Every time I lay down to sleep, a coughing fit comes on that sometimes lasts all night I'm almost 45 and fit. I don't want 40yrs of this 🙄 #maskup

You look at every culture that's ever existed and the running theme is everyone pretty much just wants to play/dance to music, make art, eat stewed meat wrapped in flat bread, and tell stories about the shapes we find in the stars. Somehow we turned that into wars and overtime and profit margins.

The histamine receptor/mast cell theory doesn't explain *everything* weird about COVID but it explains *so much*, and the intervention is so low risk, that I really do think most people should be taking prophylactic antihistamines at this point, knowing what we do about the long term effects!
