Ford turns Ex Place into some kind of amusement park/casino/nightclub, then says it's much better because it's "year-round use", even though Ex Place is already used year-round. That sounds like classic Ford bullshit.

From an engineering and construction standpoint, Ford's plan for the parking garage has never made sense on the south side of Lakeshore. At least a year ago I said he'd have to move it into the Ex grounds and would expropriate (or use shenanigans) to do it.

I've heard murmurs of opposition to making the UP Express more attractive to daily users because it causes crowding, which, I assume, some might see as unattractive to airport users. I think that's bunk, and I haven't seen data either way, but if you asked him, I'd wager that's Bradford beef.

My initial takeaway is that Epstein didn’t like Trump and didn’t take him very seriously. It’s like Trump was the guy who got invited to Little St. James so the other guys could goof on him.
