Someone told me the other day that "Hamilton was like this every day in the 80s" and no, no it was not. Yes, #HamOnt had bad industrial pollution in the lower city on hot hazy days. It was _never_ paralyzed by raging forest fires a thousand kilometres away. These are not comparable phenomena.

I recognize the negative environmental impact of lighting data centers on fire but all factors considered I still support this initiative on the part of local political leaders in #HamOnt.
