BIG: Judge Farbiarz ordered Mahoud Kahlil's release. DOJ asked for a seven-day stay. Mahmoud Khalil's lawyers asked for the order to be immediately. Farbiarz said it will be today — and left any issue as to release conditions to be worked out with the magistrate judge.
